• Application fees are $65 for each individual age 18 years or older.  This application is completed online and is payable with a credit card. Application fees are non-refundable.
• Positive credit and rental histories are required. An active or dismissed bankruptcy will be denied. A bankruptcy must be discharged for at least one year for acceptance.
• Combined annual gross salary of all applicants must be greater or equal to three times the annual rent. Proof of income in original PDF format is required to be uploaded in the application portal.
• Any application submitted must be approved prior to an individual moving into the community.  An apartment will not be reserved until full approval of an application.
