Our spacious three bedroom apartment homes are as roomy as many single
family homes without the responsibilities of home ownership. High speed
internet access, individually controlled central air conditioning and
gas heat, and private storage space are just a few of the features in
every apartment. In addition to a magnificent apartment, rent includes
all amenities, water, sewer, trash and snow removal, renter's insurance,
and 24-hour emergency maintenance service.
In addition to the many features in our apartment homes, the Elite Series features new
wood tone laminate flooring in the kitchen and foyer. The kitchen includes additional
lighting over the sink and brand new appliances, including a microwave oven and refrigerator
with ice maker. Ceiling fans in the living room or loft and bedroom 1 add to the comfort
of each apartment home.
Pets are welcome for an additional charge. Short term leases may be available, as well
as furnished corporate apartments, for an additional charge. A non-refundable
application fee of $50.00 per person is required to be paid by certified check or
money order. The security deposit is equivalent to 1 months rent. See leasing
